Opera Colorado is an opera company located in Denver, Colorado with an annual season of three to four fully staged productions.
Challenge
Animating subtle yet eye-catching animations for three opera productions with both combined and individual assets.
Solution
I created storyboards laying out the different options for each opera and how the design can fold out and back in. Using After Effects I started buidling out the files and making each fold out visually interesting and with a clear storyline.
I created animations from the design files provided to me from Opera Colorado and built out design assets for marketing.
Collaborated with the head of marketing at Opera Colorado to make sure the final assets were in line with what they had in mind and followed their brand guidelines.
